All sales are final. Because we keep Offpeaks pricing as accessible as possible, we're unable to offer returns or exchanges. Please take your time reviewing your order before completing your purchase.

However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — that's entirely on us and we will make it right. Email contact@offpeaks.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or brief description of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.
