These terms govern your use of offpeaks.store and any purchase made through it. By placing an order you agree to the following.

ELIGIBILITY
By purchasing from offpeaks.store you confirm you are at least 18 years of age or are purchasing with the consent of a parent or guardian.

ORDERS AND PAYMENT
Your order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, including orders placed at incorrect prices due to pricing errors. In the event of a cancellation you will receive a full refund.

ALL SALES FINAL
Because we keep our pricing as accessible as possible all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect email contact@offpeaks.store within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo or brief description. We will resolve it promptly.

MADE TO ORDER
Every Offpeaks piece is produced on demand. Production times are 3–7 working days before dispatch. Delivery timelines are set out in our shipping policy.

SHIPPING AND IMPORT DUTIES
Shipping terms are set out in our shipping policy. Import duties and taxes where applicable are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are unable to control or predict their amount. If you refuse a shipment you are responsible for all associated courier costs.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All Offpeaks branding, designs, content, and creative assets are the property of Just BC Apparel Limited and may not be reproduced, copied, or distributed without written permission.

PRICING AND ACCURACY
We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or product descriptions at any time. Where an error affects your order we will contact you before proceeding.

PRIVACY
Your personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy, available at offpeaks.store.

GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to the site. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
